10. Uploading Your Site.

At this stage your website can only be seen by yourself, sitting as it does within your network folder.

What we have to do is take your web site and place it on a remote server where it will become accessible to anyone within the school using a browser.

Dreamweaver doesn't have to be installed on these computers. We only use Dreamweaver to create the site.

  1. Watch the Uploading a Webiste movie.
  2. Follow the steps to upload your site.

 

Now e-mail your friends with the address of your site. Invite them to give you some feedback on what they think of your site.

 

 

 

 

What you have to do!

  1. Upload your website to the remote server.
  2. Invite your friends to provide you with feedback.
  3. Tick off your Progress Grids.

 

Mark off Task 10 your progress grids.
