6. Deleting Records

With computerised databases it is very easy to DELETE records. This is much easier than with manual databases.

What you have to do!

  1. Using the Flights database find each of the flights in the table.
  2. Before you delete each record, record in your PROGRESS GRIDS, the name of the CITY the flight was going to. Then delete the record BUT
    • Deleting records from databases has to be done very carefully, because once deleted, the action cannot be undone! So make sure you are on the right record before you delete them
  3. The table shows a list of flight numbers which have been cancelled and have to be deleted.
